examples/flow_filtering: add simple demo of flow API
This application shows a simple usage of the rte_flow API for hardware filtering offloading. In this demo we are filtering specific IP to specific target queue, while sending all the rest of the packets to other queue. Signed-off-by: Ori Kam <orika@mellanox.com>
