app/procinfo: rename folder to remove underscore
All other apps in the app folder use "-" rather than "_" to separate words in the app name, so rename proc_info to be consistent. Signed-off-by: Bruce Richardson <bruce.richardson@intel.com> Acked-by: Harry van Haaren <harry.van.haaren@intel.com>
