tools: keep patch subject intact from patchwork
The patches downloaded from patchwork do not have the mailing list prefix ([dpdk-dev]) in the subject anymore. So the regex to restore the [PATCH] prefix is not working always fine. It's better to drop this regex. Signed-off-by: Thomas Monjalon <thomas@monjalon.net>
