config: enable i40e vector driver
Previously, vector driver is not the first (default) choice for i40e, as it cannot fill packet type info for l3fwd to work well. Now there is an option for l3fwd to analysis packet type softly. So enable it by default. Signed-off-by: Jianfeng Tan <jianfeng.tan@intel.com> Acked-by: Konstantin Ananyev <konstantin.ananyev@intel.com>
